Kundra remained silent on several crucial points

The report further reveals that, during the five-hour-long interrogation, Kundra did not answer questions on multiple key aspects of the case. This has led investigators to schedule further questioning sessions to clarify these points.

Investigators traced funds to multiple actresses

The probe revealed that funds were directly transferred from the company’s accounts into the accounts of four actresses, including Shilpa Shetty, Bipasha Basu, and Neha Dhupia. Some transactions were also traced to Balaji Entertainment. So far, the EOW has tracked nearly Rs 25 crore in direct transfers.

Suspicious transfers found during demonetisation period

Officials found that during demonetisation, the company faced a cash crunch. During this time, certain suspicious fund transfers were made to other accounts. The EOW has secured evidence of these transactions as part of their ongoing investigation.

Officials plan to review ‘Best Deal’ videos

Kundra has also been asked to submit videos produced for ‘Best Deal’. While he claimed these had already been handed over to the Property Cell, officials plan to take them into custody again for further examination.

Investigation continues with more names expected

The case is still ongoing, and more names linked to the fraud are expected to surface. The EOW is likely to summon other individuals associated with the transactions in the coming days.
