Responding to reports alleging that he wed his partner in a private ceremony, Reeves’ publicist confirmed to E! News, “It is not true. They are not married.”
How the rumours started
According to Radar Online, the couple exchanged vows in an intimate setting away from the public eye. “The wedding took place in Europe earlier this summer, very intimate and very discreet,” an insider told the outlet and added, “They’d talked about it for years, but in the end they wanted something that was just for them. Keanu and Alexandra value their privacy, so keeping it a quiet secret fits them perfectly.”

While wedding bells may not be ringing, the couple’s relationship appears stronger than ever. Earlier this month, Alexandra celebrated Reeves’ 61st birthday with a heartfelt Instagram post. Sharing a photo of a cake, she wrote, “To Keanu—who saw this post as a draft!—I am so grateful for your love and partnership.”The pair began dating in 2018 and went public in 2019.
