Raghav Juyal is earning praises for his performance in the Aryan Khan-directed show ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’. In a recent interview, Juyal shared his experience working with the debutant director. He also talked about how the young Khan left him impressed.
Raghav Juyal reveals being surprised by Aryan Khan ‘s fluency in Hindi
In an interview with Screen, Raghav Juyal shared that being Shah Rukh Khan‘s son and a star kid, Aryan Khan would speak only in English. However, the actor shared that he was surprised to see the young director’s fluency and command over Hindi.According to the report, Raghav further added that he really liked one thing about Aryan Khan. He said, “I had a misconception that Aryan bhi baakiyon ki tarah Bandra mein jo English bolte hain, who bhi waise hi English bolta hoga.”However, this was not the case with Aryan. He said, “But uske ghar mein uska jo culture hai, usko sikhaya gaya hai, wo Delhi wala hai (But the culture he has grown up in at his home, he has been taught. He is a total Delhi guy).”Juyal went on to add, “Wo bilkul hi normal Hindi bolta hai sabke saath, jab tak English bolne ki zarurat na ho (He speaks normal Hindi with everyone, unless there’s a need to switch to English).”Speaking about Aryan’s Hindi, Raghav said, “For him, the language comes very naturally and with command.” He further expressed that this is one of the reasons the star kid has become such a good director in Hindi cinema.Well, the actor didn’t stop there, as he recalled visiting Aryan’s residence—SRK’s Mannat. The ‘ABCD2’ actor stated that whenever he has visited his home, they would have food. He added that Gauri Khan calls Aryan to have food in Hindi only—”Aryan jaldi aao khaana khaa lo.”Raghav Juyal shared, “Thoda Punjabi mahaul hai waha. Toh wo us hi way mein bolte hain ghar mein. (There’s a bit of a Punjabi vibe at their place. So they talk that way at home).”‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’ went on to share that SRK’s family is very “Indian” and deeply “rooted.” The actor concluded his statement, saying, “That’s exactly why Aryan understands the soul of India—he knows he’s making a show for India.”
